ISLAMABAD: PML-N Vice Chairman Maryam Nawaz queried Pakistan's Judicial Branch on Monday, requesting an explanation about why it would not call previous National Assembly deputy speaker Qasim Suri for constitutional violations.

Maryam critiqued the nation's justice system throughout a media briefing in Islamabad, where she was joined by several members of the governing coalition and the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), along with Foreign Affairs minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari and JUI-F leader Maulana Fazl ur Rehman. She also claimed that if a complaint is filed in a court of law, people have known which bench will be established to acknowledge that complaint.

The govt's attraction concerning the development of a full bench to hear Mazari's case was being reviewed at the state supreme court, Maryam stated at the early part of the media conference, which was arranged in front of the Supreme Court Proceeding to determine the court's decision of the Punjab Assembly Deputy Speaker Dost Mazari.

The long-awaited Punjab chief ministerial election changed dramatically on July 22 when PML-N nominee Hamza Shahbaz defeated Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Pervez Elahi by 3 votes to maintain the position. Regarding the results of the vote-counting, Mazari disregarded 10 registered voters by PML-Q members by invoking Article 63(A) of the Constitution. As a consequence, Elahi garnered 176 votes, while Hamza earned 179.

On attacking the nations judicial, the PML-N president asserted that reviewing Pakistan's past of court rulings will result in alarming revelations. He also stated that anytime organizations are insulted, it comes from inside and not from external forces.

Remembering other occasions, she claimed that the PTI promptly petitioned the Supreme Court when Hamza Shahbaz was chosen as the Punjab chief minister.

"The Supreme Court's entrances would have to be unlocked at unusual hours as a consequence of PTI members scaling its ramparts at midnight. Even though a petition had not yet been completed, the registrar hurried to the courtroom "She spoke.

She noted that anytime a complaint is submitted in a court room, individuals know whichever judge will be constituted to consider that, casting doubt on the fairness of the judicial process.

"There really is no reason to conduct a legal issue if decisions will be made in a misleading way. Without holding any judicial processes, the [court] should grant Imran Khan Control of Punjab "She spoke.
